Management of EKOTEH Dosimetry shall ensure all that is necessary to:
- Meet the requirements of the clients and ensure the high quality of its services
- Avoid involvement in activities that are contrary to the requirements of standard HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017
- Obtain the best available information in the field of work, to enable upgrading and improvement of test methods and staff training
- Ensure independence of the staff members during tests against all external and internal interfering, both managerial and financial.
By this policy EKOTEH Dosimetry has a goal to:
- Satisfy the client
- Ensure high quality of services and reliability of the testing results
- Inform the customer clearly and timely
- Use the methods that are adequately documented and validated and suited to customer’s needs
- Inform all staff members about the quality management system in place
- Ensure that the system is documented and in compliance with requirements of the standard HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
